Some of my favorite books are for Middle Graders. No silly, I’m not a middle grader! I haven’t been a middle grader for…well…let’s not go there. I’ll just say I haven’t attended school (unless you count college courses) for quite some time. Wait, a second…does working as a teacher’s assistant for a brief time count?
Anyway, I enjoy reading all kinds of Middle Grade books, especially mysteries and fantasy stories. So, you can image how excited I was to discover Shannon Messenger’s weekly meme — Marvelous Middle Grade Monday. Shannon’s debut MG, The Keeper of Lost Cities, comes out in October 2012. As for the weekly meme, it’s to showcase middle grade books you love and/or feature an upcoming MG release, author interview or MG review.

Because I have so many books in my already toppling over tbr pile, I decided to relegate my MG reviews to the meme post. I created a Marvelous Middle Grade Monday button (the one at the top, if you hadn’t guessed) for my reviews and a rating system.
