Why do I have a crush on this cover?
Just look at it! It’s gorgeous. I’m a big fan of illustrated covers. Reveka is cute. I like that she’s facing towards us and not away. I, also, like the delicate details on her dress. The wind blowing in her hair is a nice touch. The beautiful background has great depth! I feel like I could step into the magical world of this lushious cover. The dark pink on the leaves of the trees stands out for me, too. Plus, the purple font of the title looks like it’s in 3-D.
Added bonus: The cover is a perfect match for the charming story!

I love that cover too. The colors of the red leaves and the tree trunk/branches remind me of the art of Evynd Earle of whom I own a few lithographs. It's Disney-esque.
